At first glance, it looks just like a High Jewelery version of the previous design, but upon closer inspection, the sapphire crystal has a different finish. It is the successor to the J12 Diamond Tourbillon, which debuted last year and features the brand's first in-house flying tourbillon Caliber 5. There doesn't seem to be much difference except for the case and bracelet material being changed from black ceramic to white ceramic in the previous work.
